Three 8mm headed screws on each side holding the skin to the black wheel well liners. Then six push pins that hold the top of the skin to the radiator support. Push the center of the pin in about a milimeter, not all the way and the pry out the 6 clips. They often break.
Then pull out/away from the car on the ends of the bumper skin. It will peel away from the wheel well liners and the metal fender and the bumper skin will hang down enough to remove the 3 10mm headed screws that hold the headlight assembly in the car. There are 2 on top and one underneath/outboard. Wiggle the headlights out enough to reach the turnsignal bulb socket. Turn the entire t-signal bulb holder counter clockwise and it and the bulb will pop out.
