No, not really but in a case like this when I have a gut feeling that they are not quite on top of their game, anything can be "broken" and be replaced even though we don't see that happen.

For instance, spark plugs should have been replaced when the 60K service was done. Transmission fluid as well, so those two items should already been taken care of IF? You or the previous owner has properly serviced the car before.
I do coolant flush at 60K service on these cars but as far as Saab is concerned, it is "filled for life". Brake fluid, I do that when performing the 60K major service. So there you have 4 items that in my eyes, should already been done normally at the 60K service.

As the power steering pump goes, I suspect they think the pump is taking on motor oil through a seal and if they suspect that, it is no use to flush the power steering system but to replace the pump first and then flush the system.
And that power steering pump problem might also be the oil leak from head gasket if the leak is around the power steering pump area. The pump gets filled with motor oil and floods over making oil leaking out over the engine and transmission.

Hopefully you can find a Saab independent shop nearby that can take a look and see what your car really needs.
