P0300 random misfires and loosing coolant rapidly

I have a 2003 Vector 2.0 HO Automatic that is stalling at idle and and generally running low RPMS while driving. I did a compression test on all 4 cyl's and getting 180 PSI on all 4. The car looses coolant pretty quickly about 1/4 of the tank in one hour. It;s only registering a P0300, so I changed the spark plugs and replaced all the ignition coils, same results.

I am starting to suspect that the fuel rail is adding coolant to the fuel? I see that the rail is cooled/warmed by coolant. Anybody have any thoughts? It behaves like a vacuum leak, and I've looked at all the lines and dont see any obvious leaks. I do feel like I hear air coming from the brake vacuum that is attached to one of the cams.

I have a spare 9-3 and am planning on replacing the brake vacuum as this is pretty easy to replace. If that doesn't fix it im tempted to replace the fuel rail... Is there a way to bypass coolant going into the fuel rail before I replace it? Thanks, I appreciate your feedback.
