Highly suggest finding a Saab Indy repair shop near you for the rear coil packs and plugs. The front take 20min, there is much more "to go wrong" doing the rear bank (vacuum pipes, blind ECM bolts etc) Did you have a complete 60k done back just after you bought the vehicle? Engine air, cabin air, coolant, brake fluid, trans fluid flush, update control modules with SPS, plugs, serpentine belt, and I always suggest the belt tensioner assembly, evap purge valve and ignition coils as well while in there.
The belt tensioner really is that
It does run around $1800 for all above however consider this is only done very 60k miles which for most people is every 5 years or so. $360 a year or only 3 cents a mile. The current mileage compensation for private vehicle use per the IRS is 55.5 cents per mile. $1800 really is not that bad if you ask me for a properly maintained vehicle you can feel safe putting down some miles.
Take care of your car, it will take care of you.
