Car Won't Start After Car Wash

2010 9-3 2.0 Aero w/ 41k miles
Took car to car wash yesterday and got it washed with the undercarriage wash. Been to the car wash before without a problem. Drove directly home (about a mile away). Tried to turn on car a few hours later, won't turn on. Electronics go on, but are a bit fritzy (guages flutter a little, cd changer cycles, etc.). Let car sit and dry out (it is very hot and humid out). Still won't turn on. When you try to turn it on, it just clicks but won't crank. Battery tests fine and did try to jump it anyways--no dice. Put car in neutral, moved it a few feet, tried again, still won't turn on. No CELs.
I'm not mechnically inclined, but any suggestions for things to try (by a more mechnically inclined person--not myself) before I have it towed to the dealer? Would hate to spend all that money if this is something that just needs more time or an easy fix at home.
