Ok I am someone who is extremely ANTI-dealership, but today was a great day. I needed some diagnostics run so I went to Woodworth Saab in Andover MA. It is out of the way for me but it has superior customer service. Anyways I go in to get some stuff checked out and I was treated like I was bringing in a Rolls Royce, not a 99 9-3 that's out of warranty. So they changed some tech II options and found some problems which I thought were going to be major but ended up being minor. Temp gauge and other stuff. I originally thought my DI casssette was bad turn out it wasn't so thats good, anyway I asked if I could take a test drive with the tech to explain some problems. So we go out and take a fairly long drive and start talking about saabs in general. Get back to the garage, he brings me in and I start to pick his brain for more info. We talk for another half an hour just about upgraded and certain workings of the machinery. After all said and done, they did 2hours of diagnostics and did 4 Tech II option changes, and I got tons of info I would never have gotten from another dealership. When it came to the bill they only charge me 90$ They saved me a bunch of money that I would have spent somewhere else. So I highly reccommend Woodworth Saab in Andover. The service advisor was really helpful too, his name was neal, and the tech who hooked me up with tons of knowledge was namer Tom. So if your looking for good service and technicians give them a try.
