Be very careful of this dealer!! I have bought 4 saabs from this place and while the service dept may be ok at this time give it a few months and I'm sure you will see new faces there. Never have I seen more turnover in a service dept before. A few of the service managers / writers have been good people but they quickly get burnt out from the management at this place. There were a few service managers / writers who should be in jail that have passed through there. The SAAB techs seem to do a good job but be CAREFUL as this dealer does not have many of them and there have been times when I have had to take my car back because it was not repaired properly due to a NON SAAB TECH working on it.
This place sells mostly Cad, Buick and other old people cars to a buyer who is not very aware about a car. This creates a huge problem when you try to talk to the sales people about SAAB due to the fact that they know nothing at all about SAAB and are not use to customers knowing about and having passion for a car. Also, it seems that every sales person at this dealer is a two pack a day smoker so when you talk to them the smoke smell is overpowering. Not to mention that they all stand at the front door and the downstairs door chain smoking so when you walk in you are blasted with the smoke before you even get in the place. It is as if it's the first day the dealership started selling SAAB's. The only reason I have bought here is because they sell for invoice less incentive.
If you live in the area and want a truly wonderful service ans sales experience go a few extra miles north to Gary Blake in Exeter, NH.
