Just had 225-45/17 Ziex 512 all seasons installed on the Viggen (had to lose the Pirelli's after 23K in order to pass PA inpection). Huge difference! The Pirelli's were noisy, but worse than that, they darted all over the place. And this is at neutral throttle just trying to cruise along, whether it was highway or local roads at 40mph. Not my first choice of tire, but a great value for what some (a leading consumer testing/reporting org'n) think is a to be a very good tire. Paid less than $400 to get them to my door, from an outfit called EdgeRacing, somewhere in FLA. Anyway, I'm just glad to be rid of the 6000's. I know Pirelli makes some good tires (used to put out a nice calender too), very good in some respects, but those ain't one of them. Kinda like Goodyear, I guess. So, you may want to consider the Zeeks. Oh, another benefit to going with 225's instead on 215's . . . many 225's have a higher load rating, I assume that'll make them more protective of your tender Viggen rims.
