have had the Sentronic in both a Linear and an Arc when I've had loaners from the dealer. If you live in the city and do a lot of stop-go I think it's a decent compromise. My complaint would be that the downshift/upshift responsiveness is a bit sluggish so you certainly can't wring as much performance out of the car as you could if you were operating the clutch yourself. On the other hand man it sure is nice to not have to row from N-->1st-->2nd-->repeat for about 20 minutes at a time when stuck in traffic. There may be a software patch that improves the situation I describe but someone who owns the car can chime in.
