The gain with the powerchip installed in my Trionic 7 02 Viggen was noticeable from the start. The problem is with the TCS (traction control) on the car does not feel much diff in 1st & 2nd because the TCS is working hard to keep traction. With the TCS off you can feel the gain for sure. The car spins the tires yet pulls very hard.
My neighbor has the 04 Aero with the Trionic 8 system with the 2.0 liter 210hp base. This car now pulls like a Viggen with 237hp now with the 91 Gold. The car has a much better 6spd trans and much firmer chassis in stock form. I know you would enjoy the 04 with the Powerchip.

PS on the older cars say a 91 9000T which I have. The Powerchip is a fuel chip only you have to use a VBC (varible boost control) to raise the boost then the Powerchip has the proper fuel and timing setting to support approx 3-4 more psi. Once this was done my older 91 9000 2.3T now flies.
