Vacuum pump?

I am extremely upset with the dealership! A couple weeks ago I took my car in because I needed a new rack for the steering, DI cassette AND it made a very loud weedwacker type noise on acceleration. I have an extended warranty with a $200 deductible, it covered all these items. Well, they had my car for over a week and before I picked the car up, I asked if they fixed the problem with the noise, the service manager said "yes, it must have been the DI cassette that we replaced". Well guess what, I took the car back right after I left the dealership because the problem was NOT fixed. SO they say I have to pay the deductible when I bring my car in again! Today I had them just look at it, they state the problem is the vacuum pump??? My car runs and sounds like crap, and I don't feel safe driving it on a long road trip this weekend. He basically said bring it back when I have the money for the deductible...I am so hot! This was their mistake! I purposefully took it in for ALL the problems at once, I still walked out with a bill for $555 ($70 more than what they told me on the phone, said I must have been mistaken in the amount!!!) no way, I wrote it down. I would appreciate your feedback here.
