Flood Related Problems (a bit long)

Got hit with some flooding in NJ last week and need some advice.
I was not driving the car at the time that it was flooded, so I am not too concerned about engine problems.
When I finally got to the car, there was about 1-2 inches of water on the floor (front and back)..... That appears to be as high as the water got.
After the flood water receeded, I imemdiately stripped the interior of the car down to the metal floor and dried/shampooed the carpeting and sound insulation.
I replaced the TWICE unit and put the car back together.
I am left with 2 lingering problems.
Airbag light is on - I am wondering if this is from the removal of the seats and if I just need to have dealer clear this code with Tech2.
Interior lights stay on, even when doors are closed. If the car is started, the lights will go off. This problem has me baffled.
Any advice would be helpful. Plus any tips of other things that I may want to change/check before I put the car on the road again.
