Quieting the noise from the turn signals was the first item on the Tech II agenda. The dealer pulled the SID and taped the speaker and life was good until the 30k service last month. The service department said they noticed lines on the SID (or at least pixels on those lines) missing, so they replaced the SID, but left the tape off. It went back to the dealer two weeks later for a tape job. I tried to live with it, but with 6 more months on the lease, they taped it. I don't know if there is a correlation between taping the speaker on an '02 9-3 SID and having pixels go bad later.
