How to clean tb and iac?

My 99 9-3 60K is giving me trouble when starting after sitting 8 hours or more. It starts quickly, no problem, then the rpm falters 4-5 times. I have to keep revving the engine to keep it alive. 30 seconds of giving it gas and then it settles down to normal idle rpm - no trouble while driving or at stops.
Replaced plugs this weekend, will get new DIC next weekend. Bought carb cleaner - Can someone give me a step-by-step to cleaning tb and iac? I've searched archives, but haven't seen any detailed postings. A link would suffice as well.
Thanks
