I leased a Saab 9-3 2004, in mid August, and one month later the vehicle was involved in a rear-end collision. The car was towed to an authorized Saab body shop for repairs. Five weeks later and the body shop is unable to get a trunk floor in order to complete repairs. I have called Saab numerous times, and have been given numerous stories such as it has to be shipped from Sweden; it has to be built in Sweden; and now supposedly, it was sent via air freight this weekend.

I have been driving a rental car which was paid for by the insurance company for one month, and now it is my obligation to pay for the rental car. I am paying for a rental car and the lease payment for my Saab.

Saab USA has provided me with little assistance or solutions to this problem. Has anyone had similar experiences or have any advice as to how I should proceed?
