Skyfi2 in my '01 9-5. Love it. As others have said, avoid the FM modulator. Those, in general, aren't good with Saabs. I use the cassette adaptor and the clarity is head and shoulders above the modulator and terrestrial radio. I have the unit mounted on the driver's side air vent. The A/C adaptor and the cassette adaptor cords are virtually unnoticeable wedged between the plastic and the wood paneling of the dash, then under the steering wheel to the side, where any excess cord is inside the fuse panel with the excess antenna cord.
Can't recommend it enough if you are a lover of music! Makes the commutes that much more bearable.
One think though, currently my antenna cord runs from the shark fin around the rear window into the trunk then snakes around to get it to the unit in front. I'd like to run the cord under the driver's side front and rear door runner panels. Are they easy to get up and put back on? I don't want to break/ruin anything trying to take these off. Any suggestions or pointers would be appreciated! Thanks.
