Well here is a good example when it comes to goodwill. Saab will look at this request by asking some very simple questions. First will be are you the original owner. This will help. Next will be did you do all your oil changes and were they done at Saab dealers. If you answer yes to all of those and the car is now at the dealer there is a good chance that they will help. If you say no to all of those, odds are that they won't help. I can tell you that they will not help with repairs done at an independent. That's a given. Let us know how it turns out.
