I test drove both before I bought the 9-5 Aero. The Saab to me was had more interior room, esp. in the back seat and cargo area. IF i remember correctly the Audi also does not have fold flat second row seats. The all-road is much worse on gas milage. Also, standard features on the Aero, like cold weather package and premium audio, are options on the All-road, driving the sticker higher. Also, I believe that they are fewer incentives on the All-road. Same hp and torque, but it has to drive 4 wheels.
Biggest question, do you need All wheel drive and the higher ground clearance? I live in Vermont and I opted no.
