with all doors unlocked with your gas door. Hey, how about some stranger pulls open your door and tells you to get out or takes something from your car ? Maybe it has never happened to you but I'm pretty sure it has happened to someone. Does this happen a lot ? No, but at least there is an option available to you. I don't know where you live but there are enough places on this planet I don't want to be sitting with all doors unlocked.
As for one touch up window, search for articles on kids, pets, get caught in a fast closing window.... Again, does it happen a lot ? No, but does it happen, yes. It's what you are willing to trade for your preferences.
All the features you like, other than the auto-up window, were available in the older Saabs, such as the 900/9000. Maybe you should be looking for an older Saab other than the 9-5.
