It's into its comfortable middle age. It's been reliable for you, you know its history, and it's in great shape. It'll need some maintenance in the next couple years (brakes/shocks/muffler etc), but that's not covered by warranty anyways. Unless you want a change, I'd say hang onto it.
I'm surprised you can get 4 years more warranty for $2400. My local dealer quoted me $2200 for 2 more years/40,000 miles.
I decided that I can do a lot of repairs for $2200 since I mostly DIY and there was nothing 'scary' that I figured was coming up. Also, I would rather do preventive maintenance (eg. new serp pulleys before they break as opposed to letting the pulleys break so warranty covers them...) and that's not warranty anyways. So I passed on the warranty. Different story if the car was unreliable.
