My 1999 9-5 started with some blue smoke on startup at about 75K and the turbo unit completely failed at 79K. The replacement (rebuilt) started with blue smoke at 105K and completely disintegrated at 110K (unusable for rebuild). I was surprised to find that the car was essentially undriveable in this condition. I sometimes step on the gas to start the car when its cold from force of habit, so I'm stopping that thinking that I may be spinning up the turbine before oil pressure builds. I'll also check on Bulletin 10719.
