The only thing they need to do is to loosen the 24mm drain plug in the bottom of tranny and let the fluid out. Fill up with 4 quarts of new fluid and drive the car for awhile to mix the fluid.
Take it up in the air and drain it again and fill up with 3 more quarts.
If the fluid is REALLY dirty when they start they can do an extra flush drain interval and in that case they need another 4 quarts of fluid.
If it is really dirty when I begin I just do the first driving session on the rack but you need to turn off the traction control system using the button on dash.
So a box of 12 quart should cover you in any events.
