For your 2000 V6 you need what's called a bracket in Saab lingo. That one includes the tensioner pulley and middle idler pulley for the timing belt. P/N 4774048
You also need the lower front idler pulley P/N 4774188.
The timing belt can be reused since the belt itself is super strong and last a lot longer than 60K miles.
Keep in mind that when you read and search about pulleys and belts, half the posts or more are talking about the serpentin belt and its pulleys which is completly different from the timing belt. The V6 by the way doesn't have a "short belt" serpentin belt option.
