I would believe that the vibration comes
from a wheel or rim.
1) did they torque all wheel nuts to the same torque ?
If not your rim or brake disk will bend
2) did you move the wheels aft/fore to check it this helps ?
3) It might be a tire which was underinflated while you did
some hard braking at high speeds ( at which you should have
higher tire pressure ) and thus the tire might be out of round
now. Or it the tire simply has a defect.
Shocks last around 70000Km on a 9-5 unless you drive off road
every day.
