Thanks Anders. I really appreciate your attention to my issue. I guess the problem is that I don't know how damaged the engine is until I pay someone to "break it down." It seems like I must decide up front whether to go the used engine route or the "break it down" and repair route. Is that how you see it too? This all happened while I was going about 70mph on the highway - I'm not sure if that impacts the potential damage to the engine. I probably went about a mile before I could get acroos 4 lanes of traffic to the emergency lane. Thoughts? Thanks. Basically I want someone to tell me what to do - I can't clear my head to make a decision!
