2003 Aero 113K miles.

So I have a stab at a 2003 Aero with 115K miles.
Car looks immaculate. Xenons, black on black w black leather. Auto/paddle shift. If you didnt see the odometer youd never know...
Previous owner was a salesman who was afraid to fly, single guy, only drivers seat used...looks like the rear didnt see any cheeks to date...
What the hell do I do?
Im drive <10K miles a year ( I live in NYC) and use my car 2-3 times a week to drive 100 miles or so and this vehicle is looking pretty damn attractive to me!
It looks like I could get a complete overhaul 120K + new rubber + new everything and still come in below what a run-o-the mill 02-03 Aero would cost... i.e the mileage overrun on this MY03 gives a generous allowance for wear&tear mantenacne realtive to market value.
Will this 110K car drive another 90K miles to 200K if I replace everything that needs to be done?
I know the usual "check for maintenance records advice" but that is not a possibility here...
Thanks for your time,
T
