Here's a link from before about testing the sensor.
No it is not really easy to find and seperate the connector for that CKP sensor because it is hidden behind the intake manifold.
And since the engine needs to be as hot as possible when doing the test itmakes it worse.
You also need to be absolutly sure that you are actually measuring resistance over the two correct pins.
I have made a test connector that I plug into the harness going to sensor and that makes it a lot easier to carry out the test with my volt/ohm meter.
