RI or nearby installer wanted for hands-free phone

Does anyone know if the wiring harness for the 'hands-free phone' option actually exists in the 2000 9-5 SE, and if so, does anyone know anyone who can actually, in real life, install it? I've just spent nearly the entire day trying to find the answer, to absolutely no avail. No dealer in a 110 mile radius has ever installed one; SaabUSA tells me to contact the dealers, because 'that's a dealer option', and the dealers tell me to call the after-market guys who can't, or won't, install the phone. Yet on page 98 and onward in the 2000 9-5 Owners Manual , there is a whole discussion of how it can and should be done.
BTW: I found out info on a website for the installation directions for a number of different phones for the Saab option, but the directions are way over my head (it's not my car, which I might try to do--*guy stuff, y'know*--but my wifes', and I'd just as soon prefer to live if the project goes South...:-) Even my local mechanic has the schematic taken from his computer discs, he just won't do the install.
If anyone knows anyone in the area who can do this , I'd be eternally grateful. The closest installer I've heard about is over a 100 miles away.
Thanks.
Going slowly mad and totally confused in RI,
thevike
