Works great.
All the dealer will provide is the Saab cellphone harness/connector (p/n posted by someone else in your previous post). No dealer has probably ever installed one because they charge a lot more than radio installers - you would have to be out of your mind to pay the dealer hourly rate to install.
After you get the connector it is plugged into an existing connector hanging around behind the radio. Then you need a kit (usually) from the company that makes your cellphone (this is definitely not available from the dealer) and it must be connected to the loose wires coming off the Saab cellphone harness/connector.
You should be able to find a cell phone or car radio installer that is capable of doing this.
I did mine myself, it's not that difficult but it does help to have a basic understanding of electronics.
This is a wonderful addition to the car - however, it won't be cheap because the kit for your phone can be expensive and it sounds like you need to pay someone to install.
