HELP! Bad torque wrench sheared off TB bolt heads!

After replacing my throttle body this morning (which by the way was relatively simple with the help of dip's DIY guide), I was tightening up the three 10mm bolts holding it to the engine. I was using a friend's click-type torque wrench, set to 7.4 lb-ft torque. Something was definitely strange with this wrench; first, two of the bolts refused to tighten, and then with the third bolt, the head sheared right off, below the mounting surface.
I'm assuming this is the result of a bad torque wrench - it never 'clicked' when it should have, but that doesn't matter to me right now because I need to figure out how to get this sheared bolt out, and also get new bolts in (I fear that it may have damaged the threads in the TB and also where it mounts to the engine).
Any thoughts or suggestions?
