Two dealerships for same problem?

Quick question:
I recently had some work done on my vehicle (08 error in AAC system), which was not done to my satisfaction. My system is now cold, but it reports two errors 08 & 13. I'm fairly dissapointed as a simple check (OFF+Auto) would have confirmed to the mechanic or the service manager, that the work had actually been properly done.
I don't even want to bring my vehicle back to this dealership anymore. If I was to bring this same problem to another dealership, do I need to tell them about the previous work? Should I? At some point doesn't SAAB USA care that they've effectively paid TWICE to fix the same job.
I also just noticed that my paint cracks in the C-pillars have returned. The first time dealership A fixed them under warranty, when I showed up to pick up the car the cracks were *still* there, just less noticable. I had to bring the service manager outside to check. Once he saw the cracks were still there, he acknowledged they would have to keep it another day to fix it again.
What angers me most, is not that the work didn't get done properly the first time (although that is inevitibly the most important thing), is that the management/leadership there, doesn't verify that their customers are receiving a vehicle with the work properly done. To top it off, 75% of the time I drop off my car, it has been returned with oil stains on the floor mats.
Dissapointed,
KevinH
