Anyone DIY the 60k service?

Charles River Saab wants $626 for my 2001 9-5. Their service includes: engine oil, radiator coolant, transmission fluid change, oil, air, fuel, cabin air filter change, spark plugs, tire rotation, safety checks, and the all-important serpentine belt. The car had new spark plugs 6k miles ago when we bought it last September.
I just had an oil change, have a JR sport air filter (from genuinesaab.com), and can certainly handle the fuel & cabin filters. That pretty much leaves the radiator & tranny fluids (handled at the local garage), and the serpentine belt. The tires are new Avon M500's with ~2.5k miles, no rotation needed.
So, how tough is the cabin air filter, and how much trouble is the serpentine belt to DIY? I'm thinking I will tighten the head gasket bolts at the same time. I think I can do this for well under $626 :-) I might even pick up a MityVac and do the trans oil myself too (my apt. landlord heavily frowns on putting the car up on jackstands...)
