I noticed it the weekend after I bought the car and replaced the tires. Then I rebalanced the tires. And again. Then I replaced the tires. Then I went to a new shop and replaced the second set of tires. Then rebalanced again. Then I replaced the rims...with another set of tires. Then I had it aligned. Then I took it to Saab who balanced and aligned again. Then I had the rear shocks replaced. Then I had went to specialty high speed shop who balanced and aligned ....again. Then replaced a motor mount. Then Saab installed another set of wheels (lets, see was that number 5 or 6). Then traded it in. Problem solved.
I loved the 9-5 I owned ...only under 60mph. The car literally sounded like a passing semi with cupped tires and shook as though I was in the washboard bump lane. After 3 months and 18 visits to the shop, it was wearing on the family. Sadly I left my 9-5 but may return someday.
