Your experience is appalling. The one thing an unpopular brand like Saab can do is 'marry' its' customers' loyalty for life. Saab is truely run by idiots if they allow an opportunity to turn and EXISTING customer away because of stupid, shortsighted service. Your distaste is understandable. When a product is known to be perfect, the product quality outshines the necessity for fine service. When the product is, sorry, known to be 'quirky' ya better reach a little farther to make sure those who already apprecate that quirk stay in the fray. Business 101. I wish you the best. You should certainly share your experience with Saab brass, though I doubt you'd get a response... I wrote to them about the OnStar issue about two months ago to zero response. In my friends, I tolerate flakeyness, in my consumerism, not so much.
