I have an '03 Aero Sedan, and I've done the research on this. As far as I know, this information is current and specific to YOUR model:
Cross-drilled rotors: not available for the Aero front or rear
Dimpled rotors:
front: available (308mm)
rear: unavailable (since you have vented rotors)
Slotted rotors:
front: available (this is actually the Viggen front rotor that will fit)
rear: available (site sponsor offers these made in-house - Viggen rear rotor WILL NOT fit)
pads: Ceramics made by Satisfied Pro or Akebono are great alternatives to stock pads - almost no dust, and you can find them fairly easily to fit
Currently the only way to get crossed-drilled rotors on the front of your Aero would be to upgrade the entire braking system with something like the Brembo or Hirsch upgrade kit, which is mucho $$$.
Furthermore, you have to decide what you're going for. The stock braking system works quite well, albeit with a lot of dust, so replacing pads/rotors will give nominal increase in performance, but it may give you the 'look' you want, and decrease the dust/wheel cleaning. This subject has been heavily discussed on this board, but hopefully this will provide some direction. Cheers.
