What to do you hit a dead wall with SaabUSA?

I spoke with Roslyn Tate, who claims to be the executive assistant to J. Spenchian. We hit a dead end. Ignoring my particular issue with my rear suspension, she was making claims about the warranty which I am almost certain are incorrect. I asked her to cite the warranty and explain herself and she refused. I asked for another contact and she says put it in writing to J. Spenchian and it will come back to her. Now I would really hate to drag Saab into small claims just to get someone to explain the warranty from their point of view. If I am right, I am due something. Roslyn says I am wrong, but can’t even explain the rationale. She also said some other warranty stuff that made no sense and that my dealer had never heard of.
The irony is that the 5 door rear springs (Aero) have no available ETA. Maybe they will have to go with the load leveling after all, which is available in 3 weeks from Sweden (still waiting on what the dealer wants to do).
I love it, Saab (whoever that is, but this is how customer service talks) says springs are a wear item and are not defective (all this because the dealer says I have “worn springs”), yet the parts are not even available. What wear item is not available? My dealer has never ordered springs for any 9-5.
