Oil Light Comes on randomly (almost)

I had my 1999 9-5 SE lpt serviced last week and had the alternator, water pump, belt tensioner, and belts/oil changed. Ive been driving it and have noticed the oil light will come on when the car has warmed up a bit. The oil light itself will flicker a bit before fully shinning, and then the red triangle with the exclamation point will come on and ding. I have found though that when I accelerate a bit, the light will flicker out, and then when I maintain a speed again, the light will come on again. I took it into the shop again, but they came to no conclusion, and want me to drop it off tomorrow morning so they can check the oil pressure sender which he said was behind the starter, and it would take a while to do this procedure. Has anyone experienced a similar problem, or does anyone know what is wrong here. While out of town the otherday, I took it to a different garage and they said I had the appropriate amount of oil, and he just put the oil cap on better but that didnt help at all.
Thanks for the help,
Jake Ritari
