For those keeping score, the correct torque on 9-5 wheel bolts is 80 ft. lb. I've seen it wrong in various shop guides, so don't be concerned - for sure, there had to be some serious flaw in the bolt for that level of torque to have snapped it.

They do have various sizes of "easy outs", many of them pretty good sized. But do be aware before you start drilling that wheel bolts tend to be pretty hard. The OE Saab ones aren't marked, but the ones that come with BBS wheels say "10.9" on them, which I believe is somewhere north of 100,000 psi yield with 140,000 psi ultimate strength. This compares with 20,000 yield, 40,000 ultimate for mild steel. If there's enough of the bolt sticking out, you might do better removing the brake rotor and grabbing the stub with vice grips. If you can't, then backing them out is your next best choice. At some point you can remove enough stuff to get at the tip of the bolt through the back side...
