First 25K I had no noticeable problems, but I had summer tires that were replaced due to premature wear and then winter tires. Maybe I swapped too often to notice a problem. I took an 18K road trip this summer and had no problems as far as I could tell until my right rear tire blew out after about 9K. The tires were rotated at about 5K into the trip and had just been put on before I left. I replaced two tires on the trip and limped home, destroying two more tires in the process. My alignment is well out of spec unloaded and it gets even worse when loaded. New springs and shocks helped a little, but not enough to bring it into spec.
Was your ride height OK in the front, but not the back? I seem to be 30mm too low everywhere. I am going to swing by a dealer and measure some used 9-5s to see how they compare. WIS is not too clear on where to measure to on the fender. I used the metal not the liner. The liner would make the car measure even lower. My height measurements cross check pretty closely with the alignment specs in the WIS table.
