Agreed! I love the "Klingons" on my 2000 Aero but these take it to the next level! So very Saab!
These were standard on the 'Vector' model from approx 2002-2004 (?) in Australia. It had all the goodies of the Aero but with the LPT motor.
Why on earth 'de-content' a car like that I don't know, the difference in cost to make the LPT versus the Aero motor would be all but zero, which I see they have done now for 2006. It's just so they can charge another $10k for an Aero I guess... lucky I bought mine a few years old. :-)
My Aero was close to au$85k on the road at the end of 2000, in early 2005 I bought it for $22,500. I don't fancy that depreciation.
But I digress.... GREAT wheels! Swedish flair, unlike the new 9-5 interior...
Cheers
Steve
