I've had a little bit of the flickering headlights myself (usually it strikes when I'm stopped for some reason.) Twice I've seen the headlights dim considerably (like 50%) but they immediately pop back up to their regular power.
The problem I had was intermittent, and, amazingly, the dealer did find a problem with the right bulb and replaced it under warranty. (Though I've had the headlamps drop in power since then--the drop seemed worse from the left one, or perhaps it was only the left one that dropped.)
As I search on the board, I see other people have had similar issues.
I'm not sure what they mean by "bulb" since I understand that xenons don't have "bulbs" in the sense we're accustomed to.
In any case, I thought that xenon bulbs should last a crazy amount of time and be, essentially, life lasting. Apparently they do require replacement.
