So the car no crank, that is not an ECU problem. The car will crank without the T7 in there. Otherwise no combustion, fire, Was the engine cold or warm or hot? Fuel level and grade? Have you driven it over 100 miles to give it a chance to adapt? The ECU is built on the newest code for IDM diagnostics and cold engine protection.
Spark plugs, your car should have NGK BCPR6ES-11, They are important to combustion detection. If not really new replace them max 20K miles on this application. The increased output will make a borderline plug apparent. For summer we sometimes use "7" plugs.
Fuel, this is the second most common problem. High ethanol content does not like to start cold. Especially on these cars with low compression.
Call me and we can work it out. Toll free 866.499.1068 There are too many factors to list here, could be a crank position sensor or a really goofy throttle lots of variables on a car this old.. ;)
