I went through the same thing when my car was ready to go back after the lease. When I realized a new job location was going to put 20k a year on it, buying a new ( or used) and watching its value plummet didn't seem like a good idea. I added suspension first ( the areo kit is like 750 dollars at Genuine Saab) 400 more to install at the dealer) What a difference, Then I added used BBS RKIs, ( Love those wheels for $750) Sure they have some curb rash but at least it was there before I got them and not after I hit the curb a week after putting them on.

Then the 3" downpipe and race cat for 750. The Viggen Cat back was 300 on sale. These two could be added to the Aero so they are not stock parts so even if you bought the Aero you would need to add them if you wanted them.

The Stage III Chip is just icing on the cake $750 installed myself. Now it can kick an aero from the line ( remember the LPT has virtually no lag, and only lose when it gets too scary to stay on the pedal.)

Its like owning a new car, never had any problems and I knew the service record. Spent total of 4K but have BBS RKs and SAAB remus exhaust, didn;t have to sell my car for 14k buy and areo for 22 K so I saved 4K total.

Well made sense to me. 40K miles later ( 90K)
