I don't have experience with any other 95 wagons except the one we bought.
It is a 2002 ARC 3.0 6cy. Auto (now has 42,000 on it)
Not one problem with it ... all service done per mfg. schedule(s).
Original tires & brakes still on ... Saab tech says replace tires in about 7,000 mi... brakes ditto.
It is very fast ... on long trips we run 87 ... with a full vacation load and canoe on top ... 24 to 28 mpg ... engine never works hard. My wife is an old SCCA race car driver and she says it is a hot car ... on the straights and twisties. In spring she is getting a 9-2 Aero (in her current life-crisis)and I will very happily take over the ARC.
