The two center ones will run hotter due to being crammed between the outer cylinders but I wouldn't recommend running different heat range because of that.
Wouldn't be surprised if it triggers a check engine light in the modern Saabs since they use the plugs for knock sensing.
Of all the regular spark plugs I have removed through the years I cannot say that I have seen a significant amount of wear on the center ones compared to 1 and 4.
I have seen however when drivers have run out of coolant and driven the car until it siezed that the center of engine block (cyl 2-3) is significantly more blackened than the rest of the engine so that show how the heat is more concentrated there.
