Just a note, your turbo may indeed be OK. What happens is when under "Boost", which is most of the time, there is positive pressure in the intake manifold system (forced induction). If the PCV system's check-valve is bad, the crank-case builds up positive pressure which often prevents the turbo from draining properly into the oil pan. So the oil-level in the turbo's bearings is too high and the pressure causes oil to leak past the seals into the compressor side of the turbo and it's sucked into the intake manifold. The result - blue smoke and oil build-up in the intercooler and intake system. I could be your lucky day! BTW, if if get your PCV system working as it should, you will likely see blue smoke for a while as it will take time for the excessive oil to be sucked out of the inetercooler, piping, and intake manifold.
