Lack of hot air. That can usually be attributed to the coolant system. Some points of contention could be a lack of coolant (or bad coolant), the vacuum operated coolant bypass valve (on firewall under hood - AKA the solenoid valve, heat exchanger), or your heat exchanger (inside the cabin - passenger side). I would suspect the heat exchanger after ensuring I had sufficient new coolant and a functioning coolant bypass valve (usually leaks if bad - I said USUALLY).
