After looking at that pdf file again, I think you still have to press the hub out of the 'steering swivel member' (steering knuckle)
I found some info here on saabnet. Just enough to know there was a design change starting at 2002. I guess the hub assembly on the newer 9-5's is aluminum and you cant press out the wheel bearing. So you have to buy the whole hub.
I found the part on thesaabsite.com
saab 95, 02-06, Wheel Bearing Front with Hub assembly, pn 5392493
The have a picture of both versions. It looks similar to the older steel hub.
