The 2002 and later 9-5s have an integrated front hub and bearing assembly that bolts onto the aluminum steering knuckle. No pressing **should** be required.
You'll need the big socket and long lever to loosen the nut on the end of the CV (do this with the car on it's wheels and the caps removed. The 9-5s weight is hour friend here). Don't drive the car after you've loosened this, as the bearing is now unloaded.
Jack the car up, remove wheel, caliper and rotor. You may also need to remove the dust shield, and probably the wheel speed sensor. Remove the hub nut completely. Tap the center of the hub (I said TAP, not 'wail on it') to make sure the splines are loose.
There will be three or four bolts holding the hub onto the knuckle. Remove these, and remove the hub and bearing, being careful of the CV joint. Wire brush any rust there may be on the toothed ring around the CV & blow any residue off with compressed air. Get some grease and apply it lightly to the splines on the CV. This will help the next time it has to come apart.
Install the new hub & bearing onto the knuckle, carefully aligning the splines. I don't know the torques for the hub to knuckle, maybe someone else does. Once that's back on, start the hub nut on the CV. You should probably get a new nut. It's cheap insurance. Tighten the nut as far as you can.
Reassemble the wheel speed sensor, dust shield (if these were removed), rotor, caliper & wheel. Set the car back on its wheels, and tighten the hub nut to spec. I don't know on this car, but on my C900 it's over 200 foot-lbs, so have the right torque wrench.
Good luck with it!
