I had some very minor front end damage repaired at VOB's body shop too. MIL backed into the front of our car in her Honda CRV, the spare tire banged up the hood. So they repaired the hood - hammered it out, puttied it, repainted it. Got a new hood ornament. Got it back, the hood looks good and the paint is fine, but the rubber trim around the front edge of the hood wasn't right, the end on the passenger side is no longer secured to the hood. Sticks out funny. And now, < 1 year later, the clearcoat on and around the hood ornament is flaking off. Not exactly top quality work. The customer should not have to do the quality control.
